Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.3172/A3/2015 dated 24.03.2016 and the consequential order issued by the second respondent in No. Nil dated 28.3.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 2nd respondent school.
