This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondent to de-freeze the pension amount which has been credited to the saving bank account of the petitioner in S.B. A/c. No. 10611015205. 1/3
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the account of the petitioner was never freezed by the respondent-Bank authority and the said account is in operation. To substantiate her argument, she filed a statement of the bank account of the petitioner from 01.01.2018 to 31.11.2018.
4. On perusal of the same, it appears that, the saving bank account of the petitioner is in operation and it is not freezed. Under these factual position, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in favour of the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
