O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.02.2021 in WP.No.2088 of 2021.

2. This Court vide order of this Court, dated 03.02.2021 in WP.No.2088 of 2021, directed the respondents 3 to 5 therein to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action for removal of encroachment, if any.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a communication, dated 15.09.2022 from the Tahsildar submitted that the encroachments had already been removed and there is no encroachment in the Channel in Survey No.248/9. 2 / 4

4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed recording compliance.
