Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner in each the petitions the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application of the petitioner is not being received on the premise that the signature of the third respondent is required.
Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 while repudiating the said statement submit that even on the application of the petitioner, service connection would be given though in the name of the HR & CE Department.
