ORDER

Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking for the issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in proceedings Memo No.0144/Adm1/A1/F.Indl/2015 dated 27.03.2015 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction.

2.Petitioner joined the respondent Department in the year 2003 as Helper Trainee and subsequently, promoted as Assistant Engineer in the year 2013. While so, based on the complaint of one Tajudeen Ahamed, the impugned order was passed on 27.03.2015, transferring the petitioner from Arakonam Division to Ranipet Division. Aggrieved against the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the impugned order of transfer dated 27.03.2015 was cancelled. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
