This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 03.06.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.B.Janarth Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.45 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.45 of 2015 and act in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
