Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court dated 16.06.2017 made in W.P.No.15151 of 2017, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the direction given by this Court dated 16.6.2017, after considering the case of the petitioner, the same has been rejected. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Therefore, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has also produced a copy of the rejection order of the Government made in G.O.(Ms) No.214, Home (Pol.VIII) Department, dated 16.3.2018.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection.
