These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions has been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 as Legal Representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. The Learned Counsel for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 would fairly state that the applications can be ordered.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application and I am satisfied with the reasons for delay in not taking out the applications in time. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

4. Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents 5 to 7 returnable by 26.03.2024. Post this matter on 26.03.2024.
