Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction, restraining the Respondents from removing the Pipeline laid 6 feet beneath the land in Survey No. 71/2, Pullagoundampatti Village, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District, (IN WMP.No.4456/2022) pending disposal of the writ petition in WP.No.3085/2022.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and of MR.P.MUTHUKUMAR, Special Government Pleader for the 2 to 4 Respondents, the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file a separate writ petition for the prayer made in the application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
