2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2008 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore on 23.06.2015.
