ORDER
This petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate legal action against the 2 to 4 respondents for their illegal occupation and to restore the possession of the property to the petitioner situated at all that piece and parcel of land measuring 1668 sq.ft. with building comprised in T.S.No.26/1C and 26 /1F situate at door No.23/B(old door No.23/A2) at Vellakulla street Big Kancheepuram within Kancheepuram taluk and district and lying within the Regn. District of Kancheepuram and Kancheepuram-I Joint Sub Registrar office and passing an order imposing heavy cost on the 2 to 4 respondents for their disobedience of the order in CMP no.7963 of 2022 passed by the CJM(Chengalpattu) dated 05.09.2022..
2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
