ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.18828 of 2024, thereby the respondents were directed to pass orders in the light of the order passed in WP.No.21349 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 within a time frame.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.78 Environment, climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 28.04.2025 passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.18828 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, this contempt petition is closed.
