ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.647 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would state that the second petitioner, who is A3 was arrested yesterday and other petitioners are ladies and therefore this Court sympathetically consider the anticipatory bail.

3. On perusal of the FIR this Court finds that the first petitioner has slapped the brother of the defacto complainant with slipper and subsequently these petitioners along with A1caught hold of the defacto complainant and attacked him with a knife. Since, there is specific overt act against these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
