This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent viz., G.Sivamani.

2. Accepting the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The respondents 8 to 10 are impleaded as respondents 8 to 10 in the Appeal suit.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the appeal for final hearing on 11.03.2022.

4. It is represented that the connected Second Appeals are pending in SA No.504 of 2008 and 505 of 2008 are pending and the same may be clubbed along with this appeal.

5. Registry is directed to verify the above and post the Second appeals along with this case, after getting appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice for the hearing on 11.03.2022.
