Both sides counsel have submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and they have already filed a Joint Memo of Compromise on 20.07.2017 and requested to record the said Joint Memo of Compromise and dispose of C.R.P.No.2314 of 2015. Further, they submitted that the petitioner in C.R.P.No.2554 of 2015 is not pressing the said Civil Revision Petition.

3. A perusal of the records shows that both the parties have filed a Joint Memo of Compromise in C.R.P.No.2314 of 2015 on 2/4

20.07.2017, in which, both the parties signed and their counsel also signed. Hence, the said Memo is recorded. The C.R.P.No.2314 of 2015 is disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memo of Compromise. The said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order.

4. In the said Memo itself, it is stated that the petitioner in CRP.No.2554 of 2015 is not pressing the said Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the CRP.No.2554 of 2015 is dismissed as not pressed.
