ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with a case registered in Crime No.23 of 2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 354-A, 324, 506 (ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant, who is a widow, when she was alone at her house, tried to molest her and when she resisted, the petitioner is said to have bite her cheek.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the de facto complainant are neighbors and due to misunderstanding between them, the present complaint has been given by the defacto complainant. He further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the granting of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail application moved by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 17.02.2021, in Crl.O.P.No.2973 of 2021.

5. Hear both sides.
6. This is the second anticipatory bail application. Considering the gravity of the offence and the seriousness of the allegations made against the petitioner, and since there is no change in the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
