M.SUNDAR, J., This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Original Application' [hereinafter 'OA' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

2. This order has to be read in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listings on 28.02.2022, 02.03.2022, 09.03.2022, 07.04.2022, 20.04.2022, 26.04.2022, 07.06.2022, 21.06.2022, 27.06.2022, 12.07.2022, 26.07.2022 which capture the issues / lis as well as the trajectory the matter has taken.

3. Today, Mr.T.Gowthaman, learned counsel for applicant and Mr.K.K.Sivasshanmugam learned counsel for both respondents are before this Court.

4. To be noted, captioned OA is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR REPORTING SETTLEMENT'. Both learned counsel, on instructions, from their respective parties submit that the 'Dispute Resolution Committee' [hereinafter 'DRC' for the sake of convenience Page Nos.1/3

and clarity] has given a 'report dated 22.04.2022 bearing reference No.AAI/HRM/DRC/2022' [hereinafter 'said report' / 'said recommendation' for the sake of convenience and clarity]. Both learned counsel submit that said report of DRC includes three annexures namely, Annexure-1, Annexure-2 and Annexure-3. Both learned counsel, on further instructions from their respective parties, submit that both parties accept said report / said recommendation of DRC and that they will stand governed by the same. This concludes the matter i.e., this becomes the settlement between the parties is the common say of learned counsel on both sides. This common submission of both sides is recorded and the captioned OA is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
