This petition is filed to condone the delay of days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Though notice served on the respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel, today when the matter is called.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 10 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
