This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register FIR on the complaint in C.S.R.No.209/2015 dated 21.04.2015, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court investigate the matter and to file a final report.

2. Heard Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.209 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.209 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
