Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 32 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent is set aside and the respondents 2 to 7 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the Second Appeal.
