ORDER
The petitioner has been continuously absent in the matter and the matter has been listed under the caption 'for dismissal' even in December, 2022 (23.12.2022). By order dated 23.12.2022, it was listed on 02.01.2023. Thereafter, notice was directed to be sent to the petitioner, which has also been served.

Subsequently, there was a statement by one Ms.Rishnitha for M/s.Joel stating they are in the process of entering appearance. It was adjourned to accommodate the counsel. 3.
Even today, no counsel has entered appearance. Seeing as the matter is of the year 2015, I am not inclined to adjourn the same, and hence dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. No costs.
