Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of separate order made today in W.M.P.No.10499 of 2019 in W.P.No.3591 of 2019, wherein Director General of Foreign Trade has been impleaded as 3rd respondent in the main writ petition. Therefore, Mr.V.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for Director General of Foreign Trade was also heard in this W.M.P, though the 3rd respondent is yet to be arrayed as a party in the W.M.P.
2. Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned senior standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for Director General of Foreign Trade do not oppose the prayer for amendment.
3. Though obvious, it is made clear that the respondents saying no objection to this prayer being acceded to, is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents on merits.
4. In the light of the narrative supra, instant application is ordered and Registry to do the needful within a fortnight from today.
