This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 15.04.2016 in CSR No.173/CSR/F1PS/2016 on the file of the respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
On a reading of the complaint dated 15.04.2016 in C.S.R. No.173 of 2016, it essentially appears to be a money dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. 4.
