(CRIME NO. 11 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 22687 of 2021 by order dated 01.12.2021 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on Every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22687 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
