O R D E R

When the criminal revision case was taken up for hearing on 11.09.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and hence the matter was directed to be posted on 24.09.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks adjournment, which this Court is not inclined to grant, since the revision is pending from the year 2013 and still the petitioner is not ready to conduct the case.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
