CMP.NO.12712/2016 IN CMA.NO.SR.20107/2015 TRJ This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the appear against the award, dated 14.7.2014 made in W.C No.120/2011 on the file of the Commissioner for workmen's compensation/Deputy Commissioner of Labour, salem. Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, counsel for the first respondent has family conceded that the prayer to condone the delay may be allowed. In view of the above, the delay is condoned.
