respondent to restore the name of the petitioner at S.No.13 of the final voters' list of the George Town, Chennai so as to enable the 3rd respondent to scrutinise and accept petitioner nomination dated 14.02.2018 vide nomination No. 109 (now 106) filed by the petitioner.
