Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to modify the order "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 7 a.m excepting other accused 1 and 2" instead of "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am" order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.585 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 connecting to the crime No.376 of 2018. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.585 of 2019, on the file of Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai , while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner was apprehending arrest by the respondent for an offence under Sections 323, 324, 506(ii) and 511 of IPC in Crime No.376 of 2018. The petitioner has filed a petition seeking for anticipatory bail before the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai and the learned Judge by an order dated 10.01.2019 granted anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner along with other accused were directed to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for one month and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner is complied with the condition without fail. The learned counsel would further submit that this Court may consider to modify the conditions.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 10.01.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.585 of 2019 shall remain intact.

5. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
