Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2020 requesting to reconcile the revenue records in respect of properties in S.No.6/2,7/1,7/4 & 7/7 in Village Thazhambur, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet District and order change of patta to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2020 requesting to reconcile the revenue records in respect of properties in S.No.6/2,7/1,7/4 & 7/7 in Village Thazhambur, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet District and order change of patta to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 3 and 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 15.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the fourth respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader and the Government Advocate is recorded. 4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 15.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
