The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 4th respondents to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of petitioner's land admeasuring 1.70 Acres (out of 1.98 Acres) comprised in S.No.25/2A1, Athiyandal Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District in accordance with the 4th respondent's recommendations No.G1/ 32123/2013 dated 30.05.2022.
2. The petitioner seeking patta for the land at S.No.25/2A1 situated at Athiyandal Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District has given representation on 12.12.2022 on the ground that already Civil Court decree is in favour of the petitioner and a recommendation also has been made on 30.05.2022. Therefore in order to consider the said representation, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer. 2/5
3. Heard Mr.G.Adithyaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the said representation given by the petitioner dated 12.12.2022 would be considered by the 4th respondent Tahsildar in the light of the claim made by the petitioner by taking support of the Civil Court decree already been made in this regard within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the said representation dated 12.12.2022 in the light of the aforestated and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 3/5
