The Petitioner/A5 in Crime No.1915 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 420, 366, 368 and 506(1) IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated by the respondent that the defacto complainant had stated that his daughter had been sent over to Dubai by this Petitioner to learn beautician course. It is however stated that the daughter was caught in a web and this Petitioner herein wanted to exploit her physique rather than teach her the arts of beautician course.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that this Petitioner was not at all involved in any of the offences. But very strong objections were raised that it was this Petitioner who had induced the daughter of the defacto complainant to go to Dubai and there, she was exploited. It is also seen that the Accused A1 to A4 had been arrested and are still in custody.

4. The investigation will have to be done on all the aspects, not 1/3

only on this incident about the daughter of the defacto complainant but also, whether previously, any other young girl had been similarly induced to go over to Dubai and had been similarly exploited.

5. In view of the fact that further investigation and deep investigation will have to be done, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner herein.
