Plants & Machineries Certificate" to the Petitioner, enabling them to participate in the e-Tender floated by the 1st Respondent vide tender notice No. 52/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.01.2026, Serial No.3, by considering the Petitioner's representation/ application dated 28.01.2026. The Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " directing the 2nd Respondent, to issue "Work Site Inspection Certificate" and "Working Condition of Plants & Machineries Certificate" to the Petitioner, enabling them to participate in the e-Tender floated by the 1st Respondent vide tender notice No. 52/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.01.2026, Serial No.3, by considering the Petitioner's representation/ application dated 28.01.2026."

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents on instruction would submit that "Work Site Inspection Certificate" and "Working Condition of Plants & Machineries Certificate" would be issued today, if all other parameters are in order.
