ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.04.2016.

It is seen that the petitioner had given a complaint dated 05.02.2011 and thereafter, he has filed Crl.O.P. No.5955 of 2016 seeking to register a case on the basis of the said complaint. The said Crl.O.P. was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 12.04.2016 in the following terms: "5.

A perusal of the typed set of papers reveals that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 19.05.2010 before the Hon'ble Chief Minister and Governor and he has also given another complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 05.02.2011 before the Education Minister. On the basis, enquiry has been conducted and the complaints have been closed on 12.03.2012 itself. Under such circumstances, i am of the view that the petitioner filed by the petitioner in the year 2016 amounts to abuse of process of Court. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed." 3.

After the dismissal of the said petition., the petitioner has filed a second complaint on 18.04.2016 alleging that one Jayaseelan, his wife Selvi, Sampath, Karunakaran and Devarajan had collected Rs.3,50,000/- from him promising to get job for his wife in a Government-aided school and that he neither got any job for his wife nor returned the money. 4.

The complaint does not disclose the date on which the said sum was given by the petitioner to Jayaseelan. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. In the result, this petition stands dismissed.
