Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1710 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.894 of 2021, for depositing a sum of Rs.2,65,500/-. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not able to comply with the direction imposed by this Court dated 15.02.2022, within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to comply with the direction imposed by this Court dated 15.02.2022, within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time is extended finally by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
