These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 3384 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant (ii) to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant (iii) to bring on record the proposed appellants 3 to 6, who are the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 6 in S.A.No.1717 of 1999, respectively. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
