ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the caution list published by the 3rd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and by considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/6
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is working as Valuer with the respondent Bank from 03.06.2020. While so, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 09.02.2022 and for which, he has submitted his explanations on 23.03.2022 and 08.06.2022. It is stated that without considering the explanation submitted by him, the 3rd respondent has included his name in the caution list. That being so, he has submitted a representation to the respondents on 30.01.2023 to remove his name from the said caution list. Since the same was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the 3/6
petitioner dated 30.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
