ORDER

The above contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience of the order and direction passed in WP.No.20335/2009 dated 14.07.2014 by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondents herein.

2.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the order and direction of this Court dated 14.07.2014, has been complied with by the respondents. He has also produced a communication in Na.Ka.No.A3/33833/2011 dated 31.08.2015 to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 31.08.2015, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
