ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the second anticipatory bail application and the first anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.16150 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 12.09.2017 since this Court found that members of the noble profession have taken law into their own hands and dispossessed the defacto complainant from his house.

2. In the case of this nature, no indulgence can be shown to the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at a terms and sought time.

4.That cannot be a good reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
