This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.11.2014 and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 26.11.2014, it essentially appears to be a sales tax evasion. It is the case of the petitioner that one M/s.Zed Trading Company, has indulged in a malpractice with the Registration No. of this petitioner. In the absence of findings from the Sales Tax Department, the Police cannot be directed to investigate. Hence this petition is closed for the present and when there is a finding given by the Sales Tax Authority, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the respondent Police and on s uch complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
