Prayer :- The Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to comply with the directions in Proceedings in N.K.No.22345/F3/2012 dated 01.02.2013 issued by 2nd respondent, proceedings in N.K.No.2918/E2/2012 dated 08.02.2013 and Proceedings in N.K.No.2918/E2/2012 dated 15.03.2013 issued by the 3rd respondent and disburse the salary for the period from August 2012 to October 2012 after regularizing the petitioner's service.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ petition and has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

2. In view of the above submission and as per the endorsement made supra, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
