This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31591 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31591 of 2024 on 18.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
