ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandumus, calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to the impugned order passed by him dated 10.06.2013 passed in na.Ka.No.990/2013/A pertaining to R.S.No.400 of Perungalathur Village, Kanchipuram District and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 maintain the revenue records as it existed prior to the impugned order of the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent i.e., District Revenue Officer, Kanchipuram, by an order dated 13.07.2017, cancelled the proceedings passed by the third respondent dated 10.06.2013.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petitions have become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives further for adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
