This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents 3 & 4 in the above appeal by way of paper publication in anyone issue of a Tamil news Daily circulated in the last known place of residence of the respondents 3 & 4 daily.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is directed to take paper publication in respect of the above mentioned respondents in the above appeal by 13.03.2026 in anyone of the local Tamil daily in Coimbatore edition.

3. Post the matter on 16.03.2026.
