Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submitted that the order under Contempt has been complied with and the entire compensation amount has been paid, vide Cheque bearing No.000616 dated 16.03.2023 and also produced the communication of the respondent / contemnor dated 16.03.2023 to substantiate the same.
