When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in due complaince of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4938 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022, an investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur, in S.R.No.329 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023.

2. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition stands closed. It is made clear that the respondent shall number the Calendar Case at the earliest.
