This petition is filed to extend the time for surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-1, Coimbatore in pursuance of the order of suspension of sentence granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16 of 2023 dated 04.01.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time for surrender and furnishing sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks. No further extension will be granted.
