At the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, today this matter has been posted under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

On hearing the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, it is ordered that the third paragraph of the order passed in WP.No.4988 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025 shall read as follows: "3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to sell the properties attached under G.O.Ms.No.713(Police XIX)Department dated 11.08.2010 as made absolute by order in O.A.No.6 of 2010 dated 18.04.2013 passed by the Special Court, TNPID cases, Coimbatore in public auction and to effect equitable distribution of the sale proceeds to the petitioners towards principal and interest due, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/3

It is also made clear that any amount of money recovered from the accused and lying with the second respondent, it can also be disbursed to the depositors."

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in WP.No.4988 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025 after making necessary corrections. 06.06.2025 lok (2/2) 2/3
