This Court has already directed the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a Final Report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of three months by order dated 05.01.2021. This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation by the same petitioner. This Court has already fixed a time limit and the petitioner has to wait till the expiry of the time limit. If there is no progress in the investigation, it is always left open to the petitioner to approach this Court seeking for transfer of investigation.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the same prayer in future, if there is no progress in the investigation and it is not completed within the time stipulated by this Court.
