ORDER

This Court, by order dated 28.01.2014 in W.P.No.2403 of 2014, has directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2013 and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with within the stipulated time, the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.12.2013, an order has been passed by the respondent vide Rc.No.F3/WP-38054/2006, dated 28.02.2015; as such, the order of this Court has been complied with.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.

However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the respondent, he is at liberty to file an appropriate legal proceedings in the manner known to law.
