2) To stay all further proceedings of the E.P.NO.84/2014 in O.S.NO.6897 of 2011 Exparte decree dated 12/03/2012 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram (in MP.No.1/2015) pending disposal of the above CRP(NPD).No.2581/2015 Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on the Nineteenth day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 26/02/2021 and letter dated 25/10/2021 vide D.No.10931/2021 from the Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai this Court made the following order:
By an order dated 26.02.2021, this Court allowed this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6897 of 2011 on its file, within a period of three months from the date of
receipt of a copy of that order.
2.The learned XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, by a letter to the Registry, dated 25.10.2021, seeks extension of two months time on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed. 3.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation and the reasons stated by the learned XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.6897 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
